WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE MONEY SPENT ON THE ROAD IN KAMPALA WE SEE POTHOLES

Parliament has summoned the Minister of Kampala Hajjat ​​Minsa Kabanda to report on the $200 million allocated by the 10th Parliament for the rehabilitation of roads in Kampala but nothing had been done with the money.

Parliament said that the roads are working and they are pouring soil and beating them which has caused many accidents and deaths.

Deputy Speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa said the 10th parliament approved the funds for road rehabilitation in Kampala which was borrowed from Africa Development Bank but they do not know what it did for Kampala which has become a real road problem.

Tayebwa wants the minister to tell him about the money he was born in.

Recently, the Executive directer of Kampala Dorothy Kisaka warned of potholed roads including Salama Road, Sir Apollo Road, Katwe.

He assured the citizens that they will first fill the potholes by pouring the soil in them and then President Museveni will soon start filling the road.By Dan mugula
