Executive Director Dorothy kisaka

Kisaka said they will build all the sewers in Kampala to save people from flooding in the streets and houses of people and install lights around the whole city.

Dorothy Kisaka has vowed to face the councilors at the city hall that she will not allow any wrongdoing back at the headquarters of the Kampala Capital City Authority ( KCCA) where the councilors showed disgusting behavior that she will deal with them.

He said councilors brought axes to cut others have panga this scared us as we as a technical team and we hid when councilors held axes they wanted to cut and we will not allow people to hunt bees.

The deputy speaker warned Dorothy Kisaka to give them documents to disrupt the work of the council because if she does not do so she will be removed from office.

He said Kisaka would not threaten them while councilors were imprisoned and that Kisaka imprisoned them fighting for the settlers and several councilors were taken away without food.

He said knowing Kisaka even knows that councilors that he is in the USA but hiding does not want to provide documents showing the expenditure of money and jobs and that the councilors have no idea what is going on in Kampala how people get jobs, and road construction companies get jobs.

Deputy speaker Nasur Masaba has threatened to deal with Dorothy Kisaka if she does not produce documents showing her money laundering in the Kampala capital city authority ( kcca)

Why do councilors want to demand Kisaka to leave office accusing him of disrupting the work of the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA)

Recently, councilors representing the council lord mayor in the Kampala capital city authority stormed the office of executive director Dorothy Kisaka to remove her from office.

The councilors clashed with the police and army as they fought to clear the bush in the office and the police and army beat the councilors to bring about order as 5 councilors were arrested as members of the National Unity Platform (NUP).

The councilors were at a special council meeting when KCCA speaker Maala Zahrah Luyirika summoned them to discuss the report on the road construction funds in Kampala.

In the report, Kiiza Akimu, who is also the minister on the Lord Mayor’s council responsible for infrastructure, roads and urban development, said the report has been on roads and funds where they are being handled, and how they choose to allocate works

Kiiza said the professional side has been hiding the documents where they award road contracts in Kampala and they will set up a committee to monitor the works being done in Kampala when there are roads to be constructed.

Kiiza Akimu said they will set up a committee to monitor the works and contracts awarded to the people who want to build roads in Kampala which will include MPs, and decided this to remove people on the Dorothy Kisaka side from suing for works and road funds.

Akimu said it was surprising that the police were complained about the poor conditions in the Kampala capital city authority ( kcca) and did not come out to arrest the criminals who eat the road funds but not the cutters and arrested them but left executive director Dorothy Kisaka

Deputy lord mayor Doreen Nyanjura said the theft in the Kampala capital city authority has hit the roads so much that each road to be constructed is estimated at ugx 15billion.

He said potholes everywhere in the roads of Kampala have caused many people to die due to poor roads but those who are in the bush and are eating the money for the roads we will evict them

Nyanjura said roads in Kampala are full of potholes and out of the 288million us dollars we were expecting to build roads but your executive said it should go for potholes but money is given to build roads full of potholes.
