Minister Mary Goretti Kitutu has refused to eat food for fear of being poisoned by the mafia
This follows Minister Kitutu’s corruption court case of illegally distributing Karamoja Iron sheets to her fellow miminsters that caused her sending to jail.
The Prisons spokesman Frank Baine said the comments were aimed at sowing zero prisons.
Baine said Minister Mary Goretti Kitutu should follow the rules in the prison like other prisoners and Kitutu should eat well like other prisoners.
However, Bungokh county central MP Richard Wanda said everyone involved in the theft of iron sheets and the rest should be arrested not one person and other so-called terrorists should also be taken to jail.
There are also rumors that the rest of the Government officials who are distributing the iron sheets of the poor in Karamoja have also joined their colleagues.
