The Katikkiro of Buganda has warned politicians from divisive politics and other political parties should work together to build Buganda and Uganda.

“Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga has said that for the country to develop politicians must work together to build a prosperous Uganda.
“The katikkiro said he no longer wants politics to divide people and no one will expel anyone from Mengo. Every political party is welcome.
Mayiga said most politicians are confused about their clan issues and do not give theft to run clan but clan learns from sports like football and he urged other parties to bring money to help clan’s to prepare for football.
“There are politicians who know how to change parties from one to another but your Buganda kingdom does not change and welcomes every color of every political party.
He said he saw no reason for the NUP not to cooperate with the NRM party on the issue of nation building.
He also urged other political parties to bring in funds to run the projects in Buganda.
Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo from of the NRM National chairman Kyambogo said President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who is a Ente clan, has sent her to donate shs20m to help the Buganda clan that will play the match at Saturday 13th May 2023
He said President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni wants you to enjoy the games and he could not help but support the football because it brings together many people
Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo said they want the youth to join the National Resistance Movement “NRM” because it has everything they want.
