The masaza cup which espected to start on 24th June, the eighteen counties of Buganda have started preparing for the tonament in order to become Champions of this year’s edition.
Today, Busiro FC has declared Ibrahim Kirya has their new coach to replace Simon Mugerwa who joined Buddu this season. It should be recalled well that Buddu lost to Busiro 1-2 on finals of last year’s edition under the management of Coach Kirya.
Kirya’s new job at Busiro FC is going work with Godfrey Wasswa, Michael Kabali and goalkeeping coach Hussein Saddam.
The chairperson Joseph Ddamulira Kawuma, together with the Busiro FC CEO Paul Kayanja and other members of the executive committee announced Ibrahim Kirya’s confirmation today on 21st May, 2023 at WAKKISHA Resourse Center.
However, Busiro FC this time around has shifted its home play ground from Sentema to Kabaka kyabaggu stadium.
The chairperson Ddamulira ansured Busiro funs that by all means Busiro FC must defend its victory also this season since they have revealed an experienced coach who knows what to do.

“We shall soon start with training sessions, we shall host matches at Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium since we have a good relations with the management of wakkisha. Therefore we call all the fans in Busiro to turn up in big numbers and support their team such that they defend their championship also this year” Damulira said.
