Police have arrested 20 suspected ADF militants in connection with the attack on Lubiriha Secondary School in Kasese district.

Police have arrested 20 suspected ADF militants in connection with the attack on Lubiriha Secondary School in Kasese district.

Police spokesman Fred Enanga said 23 bodies were handed over to the community for burial and two bodies are still missing their relatives

Enanga said yesterday experts from the forensic crime scene, police and UPDF went to the Fortport mortuary and take samples of 17 Sudents bodies that had been found by orphans.

One of the students was stabbed with a knife before being shot and then burnt while the other was stabbed with a severe burn.

Enanga said some relatives of the students were able to take samples so they could identify their children bodies.

Six Sudents who sarved  were taken to the  mulago and kilundu  hospital for medical treatment.

Enanga said they have not yet confirmed the exact number of students suspected of being taken by the ADF
