The National Unity Platform (NUP) has launched a search for its supporter Antonny Agabba, known as Bobi Young, who went missing.
National unity platform spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi said they are tired of the kidnappings.
Ssenyonyi said it was shocking that a person who did not even have a slave was arrested as a rebel and they were slow to bring them to justice.
Uganda Human Rights Commission reporter Mariam Fauzat Wangadya said no one has been kidnapped and those who say there is kidnapping in the country will be the police who are arresting the perpetrators.
Mariam strongly condemned the National unity platform ( NUP) for lying to the people that there is kidnapping that the Museveni government has learned from the wrong practices of fasting people but no one was kidnapped by the Ugandan government.
He said the National Unity Platform ( Nup) failed to produce a list of people who have been kidnapped by many whom they said brought 25 people but out of 3 they had committed murder but they were killed on police custody while seven others were also killed.
