A GANG OF ROBBERS ATTACKED BUDDO, INJURED ONE AND ROBBED MOTOR CYCLES

A gang of Machete Welding  men staged near St. Jude Catholic Sub-Parish in Buddo village ,Kyengera Town Council in Wakiso District and robbed un kwon number of motor Cycles , had cash and other things from bodaboda riders.

According to John Muyombya a resident of the area said that the crime incident occurred at around 1:00 Am and the gangs were holding pangs and Machetes and they cut and seriously injured one bodaboda ridder.

The Mayor of Kyengera Town Council Mathias Walukaga who was reached by this website via phone said that incidences on night robberies have increased in the Town Council.

Walukaga called upon the area Police her sister security organs to beef up security through routine patrolling both with patrol vehicles and on foot.

That this will help to curb down the increasing insecurity in the area. He also cautioned the residents to always be vigilant on people who are unknown in the area especially in night hours.

Denis Musinguzi the OC of Nsangi Police Station confirmed the occurrence of the incidence and argued the area LC officials and the residents to work with police through giving information that can help in the investigation

Meanwhile the residents of Nabisojo Village in Nakaseke District are stack with a rotting dead body of unknown man which they came across the road about three days ago.

One of the residents who preferred to remain anonymous said that they informed the area police but hasn’t responded and that whenever they call to the nearby police station a police officer who picks the phone tell them that police has no vehicle and cannot come to pick the body.
