Busoga Province head coach, Ayiekho Charles Lukula has announced the list for the match against Karamoja which houses five professionals from outside Uganda, four national team players and several youngsters.
Busoga Province will host Karamoja on 25th June in Kamuli at Kamuli Park Stadium in a FUFA DRUM group qualifier. Busoga Province boast of a winning record in Kamuli, grabbed three points against Ruwenzori and Kampala Provinces in the second edition of the FUFA DRUM.
Khalid Aucho has been named in the squad; the last time he played for Busoga Province was in 2019 in Kamuli at St Joseph’s playground where he registered an assist against Kampala Province a match that ended 2-1 in favor of Busoga Province.
Ayiekho’s roster rotates around fit players and developing young players but surrounded by experience. This guarantees nothing but success for the team.
