On Saturday 20th May, 2023, the senior talented football analyst and commenteter Staurt Mutebi, met his angles of death during day time
Staurt, was born in hamble and is originated from Kasokoso Kireka of Kira Municipality where he started practicing commenting football at higher speed in order to trap the audience.
In media industry, it’s very had to mention any top sports commenteter without mentioning Mutebi Kiwanuka and He died from stroke, an illness he suffered almost four years back and sidelined him from his radio job at Star FM.
Ever since then Mutebi never lost hope he but decided to continue loving his career though he has been up and down
Staurt Mutebi started with on Uganda Radio Uganda currently UBC Radio Mutebi later, joined CBS, presenting programs like Akaati k’emizannyo, Eriiso ly’emizannyo, local sports as well as commentary among others.
When Peter Ssematimba left Central Broadcasting Services CBS FM in 2001, Mutebi become stack and later along decided to join Super FM in order to promote his talent in 2003 and started presenting different shows of sports with football commentary until 2015.
As anyone changes his or her location, Mutebi later, joined 87.5 star fm until he got healthy disturbance as well as presenting on Nbs.
Many sports journalists decided to adopt Kiwanuka’s way of analysing sports, commententing football and its very had to understand that is the one or not.
Today May,23rd Mutebi Staurt has been laid on his ancestors vault at the age of 61 years. Staurt Mutebi Kiwanuka May your soul find eternal rest. Bye bye.
