Police have arrested a man accused of stealing a secuity officer’s gun from Zaina Arcade in Kampala.
Wange Kevin had stolen a gun from a guard called a mechanic Bwabale but he was stopped and the soldier managed to shoot 2 times because Kevin was scared and they were able to arrest him
he has been collecting cans and smugglers in Kampala as his job but he has been hiding from it with terrorist motives.
Police spokesman Fred Enanga told a journalist at press conference in Naguru that Kevin had been picking up bottles and bottles but had the intention of becoming a slave.
Enanga said Kevin is in custody and he will tell his colleagues and they are investigating whether he is involved in the police rape and he is in custody.
