Motor-mouth Veteran Kickboxer Moses Gololo to have a re-match with the Thailand based Umar Semata at the grand opening of Nakivubo War Memorial Stadium (HAMZ Stadium) tonight.
The duo has met twice and in the first meeting in 2018 the later emerged as the winner on points as the judges unanimously decided the fight while in the second meeting the former (Golola) won after a technical knockout in the third round.
This will be one of the games that the sports fraternity will be enjoying, the others are the two football matches one between URA FC and Kitara FC and Express FC vs SC Villa, Basketball and Netball will also feature in the day’s events.
In boxing Abbas Seguya will be playing with Isaac Senyange (Mando) and this will be their fight professional meeting since the duo turned profession. In one of the undercards, Flavia Babirye of Kyengera boxing club will play against Zahara Nandaula of Lukanga.
Rogers Mulindwa said that the management of Nakivubo have put UGX 30m as prize money for both football match where the winner in each game will pocket 10m and the runners up 5 million while man of the match will also get a bonus of one million in addition to a new mobile phone curtesy of Simba Land company.
Madina Zzalwango the events manager said that a total of more than 100 singers have been registered to grace the occasion and people will be entertained with a lot of musing.
Entrance fees UGX 50,000 for ordinary ticket and UGX 150,000 for VIPs.
