WE WILL NOT ALLOW HOMOSEXUALITY IN UGANDA -M7

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has attended the memorial service of former Archbishop Janani Jakaliya Lumum  Mukuni Kwa village in Kitgum district.

President Museveni has praised the religious leaders for coming out with one voice to condemn homosexuality and continuing the work to prevent this immorality from happening in Africa.

Meanwhile, Museveni condemned the atrocities committed by previous governments including the murder of Archbishop Janani Lumum, saying Idi Amin knew where he would support people for leadership which is impossible.

Archbishop Stephen Kazzimba Mugalu praised Janani Lumum’s work and promised to set up monuments in recognition of her service by erecting Janani Lumum statues in each Diocese ,and praying for her.

Janani Jakaliya Lumum oversaw the church from 1974 to 1977 when he visited Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Boga Zaire,.

Janani Lumum was killed by Idi Amin’s leader out of hatred for what was going wrong in his Government.
