Deputy RCC Yasin Ndidde said they were investigating the cause of the fire that destroyed property.

Fire chief Geoffrey Okobo said they arrived on time but put out the blaze but poor construction and lack of roads has left the fire burning there but they were able to extinguish it it is easy to threaten fire extinguishers.

Recently, a fire also destroyed property worth millions in Kakajjo zone in Kisenyi in February 2022 and several people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
